I think Mitch did an amazing job at communicating with me and explaining what needed to be done in regards to getting the mortgage, however somewhere in the company the ball was dropped because nothing really got accomplished until the last second. This caused a great deal of strain on myself and my family. I think it would be helpful for future applicants if this was addressed and streamlined.

Greg was great. I was very frustrated with Carol Johnson. Going to my bank every 2 weeks for bank statements was ridiculous! I hated Docusign, it was nearly impossible. Not everyone has a computer and there should be a way to do this without being an IT . I did get help from Your IT people, and I thank God for that!
