Since VA loans are different than conventional loans there should be a checklist for a VA loan. For example if the property has this then the buyer needs to do do this. My loan process was to drawn out and long. Also the Octane portal was not working right for me. Therefore I had to email things in to be uploaded, and more than one occasion I had to email them in more than once. When you work a schedule like I do it's hard to be able to do those things from work so I would have to wait until I got home to be able to do those things. That would only delay the process...
