They service and care was exceptional. They always answered my questions (even if they were repeat questions) and made sure I felt good about every decision I was making about buying my first home. They understood my feelings and we would work through them together. I never felt pressured by them to make a certain decision. They had my best interest in mind. The whole team was amazing! Driving down for my closing was also a gesture that meant a lot to me and my family.

Paper work could have gotten completed faster to close the deal on the agreed upon date. I had to sleep in a Motel room for 2 nights because paper work was not completed by the set date to close.
