I could reach Gretchen anytime via text or email (or call) with questions, concerns, etc. One suggestion though is to create checklist of all documentation applicants need to submit with file. We realize things change as the file is reviewed and maybe additional documentation is needed, but for efficient and timely processing for both sides it would be helpful to know in advance what the processor needs so the buyer isn't scratching around (scrambling) right before tentative closing.
