It was completely different from last time! After my last refinance, which was a horrible experience, I vowed I would never go with Mr. Cooper again. Over this past year, I was contacted by Mr. Cooper several times, and on the last try, I decided to hear what they had to say. I was connected to Joe, and he listened to my complaint about last time. He was very encouraging and matter of fact, so I decided to try again, and it was very good! Joe and Alessia were super responsive and moved the process along painlessly.
