was great, however, the entire process was OK. Underwriting was an absolute nightmare, and I found myself sending things that we had already sent multiple times. Our loan processor was always be understanding what was currently happening. And on the closing day, the most important day of the entire process, NAF made several mistakes and we were sitting in the office for nearly 4 hours. This was very unfair for our seller and us as buyers, and NAF nearly caused us to have to push our closing date until after the weekend.

Working with Joe was great. But we didn't feel Margaget was always careful with details and was either sloppy or unclear with instructions and statements (rather, simply copying and pasting text was not useful and caused wasted time and effort).

The Axia team took the time to show us our costs in different ways as well as explain all the parts. As first time home buyers all of the information was new and it made a big difference to have the team recognize that and support us through the process. We felt that the Axia team worked hard to earn our business and didn't take it for granted that we were interested in utilizing them for the loan. Dan was always responsive and helpful any time we ran into any issues.
