Michael communicated well throughout the mortgage buying process. He responded to my questions via email and phone promptly. He kept me informed of my status and necessary actions to keep our mortgage loan approval on track. The video emails explaining each step of the process were helpful and informative. I like that the animated videos were customized with my name. It was a nice personal touch. He's knowledgeable, friendly and able to communicate well.
