My first contact Gabriel Garcia was fired or left and I was never told. New contact never reached out to me and never returned my calls. When I called complaint department you canceled my loan and said I told you to. Only after telling you to shove your lian did Sophia Chin help me and inly then did Jeff start respinding to my calls. Rhis loan was in my bame only and you added my spouse Charles Petersen to all clising paperwork. O had to call him in from work. The notary fdidnt even know what was going on. The entire thing was a terrible experience and i wont recommend you to anyone

When we found the house we were interested in, it was on a weekend (of course). Alex really worked hard to help us get pre-approved, in order to be able to make an offer before the open house the next day. He also did an excellent job of explaining the various loans we were eligible to use, with the pros and cons of each one. This Included creating a spreadsheet showing how each loan type affected our payment scenario. At this point in the process, we hadn’t sold our old house yet, so we didn’t have a large down payment. He also explained how we could easily reduce our monthly payments once we sold our old house and were able to make a large lump sum payment against the principle through a Recast. We were not aware of all the options before working with Alex, and he helped it all go seamlessly.
