It was a very easy and time affordable experience I was able to do things necessary to get the loan on my time when I had it. Never needing to plan on going to an actual bank , being able to do everything online was great ! Matthew was a huge help as well! Any questions I had, he had an answer. And always answered when I called. The only thing was on closing day we were cutting it close with having final documents sent to the attorney but Matthew and his team got it done and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process! Thank y'all!

When the underwriters got my last bank statement they saw we had owed the IRS money. This was a day before closing, then on closing day they wanted the amount owed just in my name, With the government shutdown that was next ti impossible! So closing was delayed till Monday, this cost us approximately $3,500 extra in moving cost!!! As our moving company had to unload all of our house at their warehouse and load it back up for Delivery on Monday... my question is why was this not caught on previous bank statements?? I was extremely happy till this point in time! THAT 3,500 would have come in really handy!!
