Doug was great, but the concierge experience with Lily Henson was not great. The lead in to speak with Lily sounded great, only to figure out it was actually a trap to be upsold on products we did not want. She was obviously on a heavy commission compensation. She did not know who the internet provider was and tried to sell us on an air card for internet service that was a"partner" with NAF. Also tried to upsell us on a security system. Did not like that part of the experience, but Doug and Jason were great to deal with.
