Marvin was a nightmare. He would ask for things one item at a time. He misplaced emailed documents of mine. His communication was very poor and his demeanor while talking to me at times was sarcastic and rude. He omitted information like the loan was FHA, and I was never told what my dispersed total would be until closing appt. There was NEVER ANY MENTION of paying off my vehicle or credit cards- the notary told me . The whole experience was frustrating and at times I felt decepted. The appraiser came two days earlier than scheduled and then had to come back a second time to do what he didn't do the first time . A heads up about having to get in the attic and under the house would have been beneficial before he came so that those areas would have been more accessible. The one and only bright spot was Marcus. He jumped through hoops , covering and correcting Marvin.'s shortcomings and inabilities. Marcus should be commended .. I would refer to Marcus only on the recommendation of not using Marvin.
