People were easy to reach. the drawback is that there were so many people all over the country that they dealt with , it made it diffcult to know who to talk to at times.

What made this experience great is the Drexler team worked on our loan package as if they wanted us to get this loan. I believe they did everything possible to ensure we were able to buy a new home while covering their bases. I also appreciated the portal where you can see the status of the loan. However, I would recommend adding more questions to the questionnaire to limit follow up questions after the application has been submitted.
