My experienced with New American Funding was effective, smooth, straightforward and organized. I dont normally do surveys, but i had to this time. My family and I would send Great Thanks to the team who worked hard to make sure the buyout/refinancing goes smoothly. My family got to work with Mike O’hera, Jay Christiano and others behind the scenes. This team was welcoming, supportive, professional, competent, kind, genuine, they made problems seem easy solving, and collaboratively so we would have to repeat paperwork. They understood our dilemma and delivered an impeccable service, especially Mike O’hera. Mike was available day, evening, and weekends to answer every question we had.
