Without Anila, I probably could get the loan with a good rate and lower insurance rate as well. Anila also sending her team Elizabeth to help me scan documents and later on I was able to do it on my own. Besides she sent me updates where my loan status is, super ?? Her team is a excellent team that I would recommend, only thing is my friends most are in their own home or about to downsizing and move to Assisted Living instead The only thing I have for suggestion, is to keep numbers of emails limited At one point, I received few emails I didn't know who they were (unknown names of conceirge staffs, sending Utilities, Insurance, security system, etc And I believed we were about to have property inspection! The process might work fine with younger generation, while people my generation prefer step by step I do need to set up mover, utilitie, etc. now that loan is closed. Again it is my personal opinion and orderly Preferences Thank you everyone from NAF to help me along this road of becoming home owner
