The back and forth when it came to the documents we needed to provide could have been spelled out clearer. We kept sending what was asked and then told it wasn’t right. Clarity for the documents and reasoning could have been spelled out a bit better. After a few rounds of that I got in touch with Anthony and he helped smooth the process out for what we needed to provide and why. The paper trail is important but Mikaela and I did not know to what extent until actually talking it through with Anthony.

This process had been stressful at first but with the constant flexibility of setting up times to meet and to answer all our questions really made for a great experience. Without their expertise, compassion & being able to comunicate with the lender our loan would not have funded by 12/31/25. We would have walked away & cancelled.
