Jeff was awesome during the process. There were a few hiccups that I had with Churchill in the process, mainly due to me starting this process in the summer of 2019, not knowing when I would be moving. There were agents that came and went during that time, so sometimes a few things went through the cracks. However, Jeff was always on top of things, and would always be available for any questions or issues that came up, and was extremely expedient on resolving anything. Thank you very much!!!
