I don't have huge amounts of experience with financial advisors or consultants. I'm not sure how much weight my opinion should have then but from my viewpoint, Jeffrey was professional, easy to work with, competent, relaxed and yet on call when we needed him. He keep things moving quickly and wasn't opposed to making that happen at whatever time of day that meant he needed to write up a plan. So, for whatever that means with a newbie like me, I think he made things easy for us.

Jeff and Kim were very helpful. The process overall was pleasant. The only thing that could have been better was the underwriter. She put us through the ringer and made things difficult.Other than that it was all good.
