Misspelled Jennings was great, she was very informative and sweet person through the process .She put our best interests first , likk putting in that extra time to find us the best interest r*** .which she did find a better r*** ,and lowered it and help out to also find us a loan to go to our closing .I likk that she went out of her way to gather all the info for processing,so since I couldn't just leave my job to drop off paper work needed. She meet with me in a secure location to recieve paperwork ,very sweet of her . The only thing I drew questions from American Funding is when they did the numbers again ,when they where already final before 1 or 2 days I believe before closing. I was supposed to recieve more money for home repairs the sellers didn't have time to do but agreed on to pay at closing. Altho I did receive a lump sum of 800 dollars but wasn't what was agreed on the numbers work on before there were redone again .So now, that doesn't cover the cost of repairs to house to be done .altho I was told it was being fair on both side buyer and seller ,but it was already more than fair they agreed to cover cost .So it seemed to me the seller got the best of the deal ,not speaking directly to them ,just in General 9f process.The sellers are very kind people and gave us a boost by blessing us with house stuff to get started on this new journey, Lord Jesus bless them .So now iam stuck with the rest of the bill going to repairs ?????.I do lokk on the bright side the monthly payment did decrease by some.
