The process was clear, efficient, and handled with a high level of professionalism. Communication was, in spite of the loan process overlapping with the Christmas Season, rather timely, questions, when I had them, were answered thoroughly, and I always felt more or less informed about the next steps. With the exception of the negative lender's appraisal experience which cost us an additional $75k cash in, the rest of the experience was great and Sheila was a big reason why. We appreciated Sheila's strong advocacy for us throughout. If the quality of the appraisers that Holmgren's lenders use can be improved, the overall experience would definitely be great.
