I've been knowing for many years and he has always come through with the loan. That has always been great. What I dislike about this loan process is I specifically requested to pay own real estate tax and insurance which I was told couldn't be done. At closing I was schock to see and sign a form indicating I had been given to opportunity to pay my tax and insurance separately. That wasn't true and I made a notation to that effect prior to signing. I still have delineated s ire to pay my own taxes and insurance and am requesting follow-up. (703) 398-5439 as I'm not happy at all about that misleading situation. AM/
