Everything throughout the entire process was smooth and well-organized. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected the process to be much more difficult, but the team made it easy from start to finish. the people who helped me were fantastic and the whole process was really great with that. I am only not thrilled about the after loan closure experience in that my loan was sold within 30 days. I was looking forward to BOTH my loans being in the same place and being able to communicate with Chip and Rachel in the future and was disappointed to see such a quick exchange to a company i am not familiar with at all. it also caused extra back end trouble having to re- set up EFT with a new carrier and i almost missed a payment due to it.
