The process moved slowly without visibility on why + options for proceeding. In the end I had to pay more in loan financing costs due to the initial r*te expiring, which was not communicated to me in advance of seeing final loan disclosures. I was the one proactively reaching out trying to move things along and there were continuous lapses in visibility as to why there were delays. This is the 3rd mortgage process I went through with NAF and I would have expected it to run smoother, not least of all for that reason.
