speed up whole loan process also be able to have a another bank account listed that you can wire transfer to in case first one does not accept a paper check of a high amount will be held by any bank for 10 days i was not called or given an option to wire transfer funds to another account please understand there is no way it should take almost 100 days to finalize a refinance this is a company problem not your loan officers Kelly Stickley

Logan was a great person to work alongside from the beginning of our loan process to the end when we closed on the house. Logan did a great job explaining the different loan options available to us (FHA vs. conventional, ARM vs. 30-year fixed) and made sure that we picked an option that fit our finances now and in the future. Logan and Crystal were a great team and made sure that we had the least amount of stress possible, especially as we asked questions throughout the loan process. I would recommend both of them to any home buyer and hope to work with these two specifically on our next home purchase, whenever that may be.
