I didnt say it wasnt memorable lol... I dont like the way this survey is presented and set up. Its to absolute and if its saying "we're sorry to hear that your experience with us was not memorable" Seems off to me. I put mostly good things yet it assumes it wasnt good bc I didnt give you 10/10 as if anyone perfect? Hmm. This survey needs some thinking attached to it. If you really wanna know you might want a more detailed survey. My time is precious and Im not fond of being asked to express my true opinion in such a boxed in feeling survey.
