The loan processing and communication during this phase was very poor. I had to get Kaleb back in the process to assist in getting information. Also, the actual loan and closing costs were significantly more expensive than estimate. Once NAF engaged another Title Company due to lack of response from their original vendor, the load processor did not communicate with the new Title Company to negoiate and keep costs the same. Cost hundres of dollars more Though Kaleb did an excellent job, I would be reluctant to use NAF for future mortgages due to the processing of my motgage.
