Jacob is very knowledgeable of his job and was very helpful during my housing purchasing.

Mike was great however the were challenges with the various task incrementally through the process due to the NAF cash representative and some last minute documentation requests that could have been more seamless . The loan process was 5+ months due to the contingencies with my previously existing -my 10k earnest monies for under accounted for twice and were located at my request due to lack of communication nybthe the NAF Cash program. As the client I should be able to trust that all transactions are accounted for without my inyerefence. -I have to connect the two title companies on behalf of the lender to ensure wire transfer we in place seamlessly. This should be done by the parties coordinating paperwork between on another I've never had to micromanage this in my past purchase -I had to attest to things that were nit relavent regarding my brother property that I am on the deed for business purposes despite there being zero indication on my banking account nor my credit report that I was paying on this property ever. I was required ro to atteat to the absence of an HOA on a farm proper which would never be in an HOA. -My co-signer report last minute request for addition documentation and challenges with calls being returned. The application was signed in November yet no one predicted certain things That tend to be basic underwriting requests based on my past real estate instructions . -I experience unorganized managment of tasks from various parties assisting Mike with the transaction . -I have never had to micromanage a loan previously to this extent however I continued to experience a communication breakdown between the key stakeholders involved I understand that there on many moving parts however there is opportunity to place measure in place to collaborate without NAF that don't put the client in the middle much Mike himself graciously offered to run interferance despite the challenges not necessarily being with his scope to address. I appreciate that he went above and beyond to do this . Without his dedication the amount of disconnects obserced disconnects observed would have been more stressful than they already This was a complicated transaction . He did his best to mediate the nuances from the other contributing NAF team members

I was keeped up to speed by all involved. I was notified each time it seemed like a small thing. I didn't know much about the process and everyone gave me advice and options.
