The communication from the processor to the UW and back to the client couldve could've been better. Having the numbers change as many times as it did with such significant differences , I feel could've been prevented if things were reviewed better the first time around. In the end we got our home which was the goal but to have such a confidence in saying we'd get in on a specific r*te and nothing more than a deposit to having the r*te increase and a few hundred dollars more out of pocket at the final wk, it was disappointing. I feel like this had part to do with the processor not reviewing our info better to gather things sooner and letting us know from the start that things still have chance to change significantly.
