Overall great and we got lower ates which is the overall goal. I would like more explantion or even options on a lot of the fees and if any are options to shop. I do not not like agreeing and signing tings I completely do not understand if I had options. Loan/lender fees, title/escrow fees, notary fees, appraisal/valuation fees, etc.
