He almost always answered my questions almost immediately except a couple times when they left for a friend who was in the hospital and a funeral it's just the other person out in California that every time they try to send you messages or whatever it takes three to four days before they get to you and then you answer the questions and three or four days before you hear back from him it just it takes a lot of time with her to get answers and then they wait to a free days before they send you another question I don't know whether they're overburn with too many people they're handling or that's just the way it is with her

lack of communication as the closing date got closer. i have a very busy schedule and my job isn't conducive to random midday rush document signings. Better communication and planning would have reduced a lot of stress and saved both parties a lot of time
