The visit with the Notary was confusing. We had to sign documents that had already been e-signed and she was clueless about the contents. On snapdoc, the review included the same documents and was also confusing.

From the start, Jeff showed great communication skills and put in the effort to making it a comfortable atmosphere. He always called me right back if he was unable to answer which he did most of the time. I truly enjoyed working with Jeff and id recommend anyone to work with him. The only issue I had with NAF and not Jeff was that its such a large company is there were to many people working on my loan which made it difficult at times. Example, one person had to wait on someone else to complete a task. Then I was waiting for this or that. Also near the closing date communication got off maybe do to the pressure but they ask my opinion and then just made a decision. Why ask my opinion in the first place if you dont give me a chance to answer.. Anyway, I cant thank you all enough..!!! Im greatfull to work with such dedicated people.. Thanks again..
