Matt structured the whole process and explained things in a way that was both digestible and in depth. When my offer got accepted, but the seller didn't like my current lender. Cory reached out to me and helped me get set up to apply for a loan last second, at 9:30 at night. This speed allowed me to get in contract for my home. I'm not sure if that would have happened if not for Cory's willingness to help me get started so late at night.

First time doing all of this. Wish there was a few more questions to allow us to know a few things If we wanted anything different before paperwork was made up. Also felt like we just had a bad luck with appraiser. Nothing on Joe. Felt like alot of run around and just pointing fingers by the processing group. Overall glad that Joe was able to reach out and willing to keep on top of things.
