Michelle was very quick to reply and explain items to us prior to us finding a home. She went above and beyond to accommodate us during off hours when we had questions or needs. I also really appreciated her locking in our rate prior to them increasing. The experience with the remaining team members was fine, but there were points of the process that lacked clarity as to where we were, what additional documents would be needed, and it was confusing as to what the role of the remaining team members were. Overall, a better rate may be enough for me to recommend someone use another company but I was very happy that we closed on time and with the service provided by Michelle.
