Steve is a superb, down-to-earth professional! As a local business owner, Steve, and New American Funding, tailored his needed tasks and responsiveness to meet my need/schedule ...and exceed them! Due to our recent refi, Steve even offered the proper power tool to assist in my efforts!!! (He probably didn't want that said.) This is my second session with Steve and I would always prefer to work with him in the future.

We were referred to Roy by a friend and used his knowledge and expertise to help us with our refinance in 2015. We were looking to go into a 20 year fixed and got 3.875%.
