Art stasny i will say is very articulate when it comes to customer experience. During my dealings with him, he was honest and very sincere to us. In part, this recommendation is given because of what he was able to accomplish. You see, given our situation it was exceedingly difficult to get ANY loan. Our credit was poor, we were only looking at high-end, expensive, luxery homes, we had little to no savings, and our new jobs had complicated pay structures with commission income and less than two years of history. In short after speaking with over 50 (not embelishing) mortgage brokers, loan officers, banks, and credit unions we were left feeling that it would not be possible to obtain financing. Over half of these other people told us a loan would simply not be possible. Numerous others tried, only to hear back from their underwriter that there was a problem. Art was literally the only professional who was able to get us a loan. He went above and beyond, paying extreme attention to detail and answering our worried calls at all hours of the day. Art knows this industry in and out and knows what it takes to get it done. He is a straight shooter who will be blunt, but also takes time to explain the complicated lending guidelines and the why behind anything you should be inclined to ask.
