My experience has been great working with Sunny. I purchased loan from Sunny in 2010 and refinanced again in 2011. <br/><br/>Foe both engagements, Sunny took the time to explain to me and my wife, the different programs we can choose from providing pros and cons for all the programs we could qualify for. We had no problems closing the loan both times. At times when i called for a query and he would be busy or on the other line with a client, he would call back the next chance he would get, usually in a couple of hours.<br/><br/>He is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date on the news in mortgage industry. He would also send useful information/news to his clients via email if they opt for it. I especially liked his following through once the loan is done. <br/><br/>There's definitely a personal touch in the professional service Sunny provides to his clients.I would not think about going to anyone else next time i think about refinancing.

Roy came through for me and my family when we did our refinance in 2012. We had a balloon 2nd mortgage that was set to mature. When other banks and lenders would not give me the time of day, Roy worked tirelessly to find the right financing to fit our household budget. Eventually we ended up saving over $1,400 per month after the 2nd loan was paid off and consolidated in to just one loan! I would recommend Roy to anyone who wants great products and excellent service!!

Isis knows a lot about down payment assistance programs and programs for first time home buyers. She helped buy my first home in 2011 and is helping me refinance now. She is great.
