No complaints whatsoever--she was excellent at explaining the entire process and staying in contact with us to get all necessary documents, working past potential problems. When there was a gap in communication, we contacted her directly and were able to get the answers we needed immediately.

Our experience with New American Funding was simply wonderful and it all began with the connection that was made with our loan consultant, Justin Skaggs, or as I called him "Justin (from Tustin)". He was very helpful, patient, and efficient and he made every effort to ensure our customer satisfaction. We would definitely recommend their service.

Roy was great to work with, explained everything in full detail and answered every question. Roy always told us all options and best and worst case scenarios so there were no surprises. He was great at always checking in and keeping us updated as well. He continues to check in with us from time to time to make sure all is well and we are in the best situation possible according to the current rates.When I first started working with Roy my credit score was a little low and he helped steer me in the right direction to get our score back up and achieve a better rate.

Lisa helped my husband and I refinance our home. She was professional, friendly and detailed. What I loved the best was the great communication. She kept us posted throughout the entire process! We referred her to our son who purchased a home and he experienced the same great service!

Purchasing a home does not have to be stressful if you work with efficient and knowledgeable people such as Aaron Vasquez and Stephanie Burgess! I cannot thank them enough for all their patience and for thoroughly answering all my questions and concerns. Aaron Vasquez was very helpful, efficient, and very professional. At first I was hesistant to go with American Funding since my realtor have already recommended a lender for us, but Aaron was able to convince me and my husband that He will take good care of us and would help us all the way and He was true to his word!
