Art was able to communicate with me in a language that I understood, to know your audience is very important and he did it very well. I felt he was able to hold my hand and walk me through every step, which I greatly appreciated!

hi , no matter what i say about MR ART STASNY it won't be enough. i would highly recommend him. i bought my new home in aurora,colorado and MR ART STASNT was the the real estate agent who worked with me . i started the process on my loan application on 11/13/2013 and he was able to close on my house on 12/06/2013 as he promise me ,it was easy and fast experience with him. he's very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process.he was honest and freindly and he went above and beyond to get my house to close on the date he say . he always answer his phone and replied to my texts quick and right away / even on nights and weekends and always answer all my questions and looking out for my best interest. thank you MR ART STASNY you rock . i would highly recommend him to everyone // he's the best out there {:

Ms. Jeny Romero performed a highly professional service for me; being there for each step of my real estate transaction from start to finish, working behind the scene and being proactive. She got the job done, and done right! This was the second R.E. transaction she handled for me. The first experience with Ms. Romero in 2011 was just as great as this second one (2013).She has the highest of moral character and honesty.

It was my first time purchasing a home and I had a million questions. Jenny was so helpful making everything clear and helped me understand the procedure of our loan. It was such a smooth process. Any time I had a question I would call Jenny and she would answer her phone or emails immediately.

Mrs Romero was the key pearson in getting our loan to go through. From the time my wife and I met her, we knew she was very knowledgeable and efficient as well. She worked harder than any other person we have ever worked with our other properties and never gave up no matter how tough it got. Her promptness and response time to us was a key for our loan. We were very impressed when on day of closing she was at title company to make sure all documents were completed and there was no surprises.We have referred many friends since then and all are very happy with her work and results.
