Looking for a refinance that seem like others could not do... simply combining a first and second mortgage into only one first mortgage....worked great !

Tom Stafford is amazing. He is so helpful and kind. He responds to questions and any issues there may be very quickly. If one way doesn't work he will try 5 more ways to see if he can get you what you need. He doesn't give up on you. Also, if you need just a little more time to fix something or make something better, ex. Credit, he helps you with that and tells you exactly what will help and what won't. And it works! He helped with the purchase and refinance of our home. Tom is the best.
