David is the best loan officer we know. He goes that extra mile for his customers. He has financed loans for us on more than one occasion over the last 15 years. He has always come through for us. Dave Morris is a man of excellent character and integrity. We would definitely use him again.

I used Kathy to purchase my first home in October of 2015, but she had stuck with me since February. She's funny, personable and always responded on time even on her days off! She followed up regularly throughout the process and before but she's not pushy at all. She offered me great recommendations on a realtor and home insurance providers - the realtor ended up being awesome and the provider was quick, thorough and offered great rates. What's even better is because she has such a great network that she regularly works with they often know what the other person needs in order to keep the process moving.

We have worked with Kevin on 3 occasions now and every time is like the first. He cares about us and takes you by the hand step by step to ensure you understand what is happening and what to expect and when. If you have questions he always has the answers. He even sends you good to know tidbits throughout the process to keep you on target. He is a wonderful honest person, we will continue to recommend Kevin to anyone purchasing or refinancing a home!

I would highly recommend Adrian. Not only was he amazing with our purchase but also was in constant communication with our agent in Arizona while we were selling that home. Adrian was on ball and let us know what was going on every step of the way and did everything he could to help us get what we were looking for. I can't give him enough stars and appreciation. If you looking for a lender who will be honest, keep you in the loop and will do everything in his power to help you, you definitely need to give Adrian a call!

Kevin and his IMortgage team were great. My loan situation was one that was not a plain and normal loan. They did an amazing job figuring everything out and also informing me of the process. They answered any questions that I had very quickly. I would without a doubt recommend to others and have.
