Adrian was extremely helpful in finding us a refi loan us to complete some home improvements. He presented us with several options and then closed in a timely manner. He always responded quickly to phone messages or e-mails. His staff was just as thorough and professional. We would definitely use Adrian again in the future as well as recommend him to others.

We were very lucky to have Tim on our team when going through the process of buying our first home. He was always happy to take the extra time to help explain the otherwise confusing jargon you have to navigate in a undertaking such as this. The process was smooth and concluded without any complication. We have since refinanced with Tim and absolutely plan on using him for any Real Estate needs we have in the future.

I was referred to Justin Skaggs while I was looking for a rental, not believing that I could get a mortgage. I was told that Justin was very good (major understatement!). I was very afraid going in, but Justin made me feel comfortable from our very first conversation. Justin and Marcus Farley were awesome! They made the home buying process go so smoothly for me. We worked with Melinda Steers throughout the process and she was extremely helpful, pleasant to work with, and on top of all details. The whole process went very smoothly. We had worked with others trying to get a VA loan with very unsuccessful results. Melinda had an approval in 5 days!Very happy with the whole process.
