Brent helped us with a refinance of our home. We had been friends with Brent and were glad to bring the business to him, knowing that he would appreciate it and that we could trust him fully. That would have been enough in most circumstances, except that we had some unanticipated challenges along the way that nearly derailed our plans. At this point, I had done 5 or 6 mortgages and had a good grasp of the way things usually go. It had been my experience that mortgage lenders are supportive, but somewhat ineffective when challenges arise. In the past I typically felt I had to pull it together in order to keep things moving. When we hit bumps this time around, Brent was right on top of it, working through the issues with us and ensuring that we would work the refinance through and take advantage of the lower interest rates. While I like to think that Brent went out of his way for us as we're friends, I've talked to enough others and realize that this is his norm. He works hard to serve his clients well and draws a lot of referral business as a result. We refer friends and can recommend his work confidently!

Tim helped us SO much! He worked so hard on our loan and devoted even personal time to working on our particular situation. When I first spoke to him I knew immediately that I wanted him to help us buy home. He is very honest, relatable and knowledgable. I learned a lot from purchasing our home from Tim! He's very eager and happy to explain the process with you. I can't say how thankful I am for Tim. I highly recommend him!

After many, many months of shopping around for a lender, and even taking a homeowners class through Home-street bank, we knew that Adrian’s team (Tim was great!!) was the best option for us! It was a relief to know that Adrian’s team was already offering us top of the line services, and was above all of the other lenders we looked at. Adrian and Tim were extremely friendly and personable from day one- months and months before my husband and I actually purchased a home. This review is long overdue.I have been working with Kathy on a home purchase for about 3 or maybe even 4 years. There were times where I was not ready for the purchase or the numbers was not looking right, the timing was just not there. Kathy is a person that will stay with you throughout the entire time. We always stayed in contact with each other. When I finally purchase my home, it was unfortunate that Kathy was not the company I ended with. We are all shoppers and want the best. This had nothing to do with Kathy's work, it was more of whom the agent I ended up with that wanted to use their own loan person and that was familiar with purchasing of a flip home. (there was much more involved) Even with that, Kathy still kept in touch, understood the whole situation and held no grudges. Believe me that are people out there that will hold grudges if you don't end up doing business with them after giving plenty of advice and purchase scenarios. Kathy is great, gives lots of advice and after all that, I was able to do my home refi with her. I have not met Kathy in person but we communicated through e-mails, texting and calls. She is very honest and will let you know if she needs to do more research to give the best scenario. She was quick in getting my refi done and was on point to what I wanted. Kathy, thank you for being there all these years and still sticking by me. Looking forward to another refi or purchase with you again.

Tim has helped me through a couple refinances but the last one he called me and said I think we should look at this to get rid of your MIP. Low and behold, it lowered my monthly Mortage over $200!!
