Our experience with Kevin was absolutely great! In 2014 my wife and I purchased a home, but our previous home had yet to sell. This resulted in our new home loan being an 80-10-10. We had a HELOC with a variable rate and this had us concerned as the Fed began talking about raising rates. I had been previously introduced to Kevin through a mutual friend and approached him with a general question about our HELOC and the looming rate increase. Kevin was great - he offered to review our loans and provide us information and possible options with no obligation. Over the years I have spoken with a handful of mortgage brokers, financial advisers, insurance agents, etc. and have heard the "no obligation" speech before, only to eventually feel like I was being pursued and persuaded to do business. I honestly did not feel this way with Kevin. <br/><br/>The overall process was very smooth and Kevin provided status updates on a regular basis. We did run into one minor hiccup towards closing which had me concerned. I called Kevin and left him a voice mail communicating my concern. Within a couple hours Kevin sent a text informing me not to worry about it, and he had resolved the issue. Two hours later we received an email informing us the loans had been funded and our closing was complete. <br/><br/>What I truly appreciate about working with Kevin is his professionalism, knowledge of his business, approachability to various questions, timely responses with accurate information, and ability to help his clients stay focused on their goal(s). It is safe to say that I would highly recommend Kevin Harrison to anyone!
