Last year my husband and I were ready to buy our first home but had no credit to speak of. We contacted Chris and he walked us through the process of how to go about getting our credit in line so we could get a loan for a house. Within 3 months Chris had us pre approved and was with us every step of the way navigating us through a process we had no knowledge of. We found a beautiful new home and Chris was there with us as we signed the papers. From the first time we contacted Chris about how to build our credit until we received the keys to our new home Chris made himself available to us day or night. I highly recommend Chris Braswell to help with any of your mortgage needs. He truly made us feel like we were the most important clients he had.

Dylan was amazing. Great follow up, Knew exactly where I was on the loan process. The closing was very smooth and rate and terms stayed the same all through the process. He is very honest and had compete trust in him. I would definately recommend him for anyone looking for a refi or new loan.

A Mortgage Lender? Really? The mere idea inspires dread and hopes of a dental visit or a tax audit to interrupt. TOTALLY where I was, and totally what I shared with Tom Stafford! This guy, and his staff, are OFF THE CHARTS ROCK STARS!!! My lack of knowledge, fear, and stress levels were stretched BEYOND all reason. 1st time home buyer +, +, +. I dumped everything in Tom's lap. He met with me and communicated with me on MY terms, per MY availability (extremely limited). Answered my completely ignorant and redundant questions patiently, with one syllable, easy to understand answers. Didn't "scold" or "judge" my involvement level. I just trusted that if I needed to know something, he would tell me. And that's EXACTLY how he rolled. Even found it amusing when I received correspondence I didn't recognize and went "off" on him (as I tend to do to total strangers). I'd recommend them to anyone and defy them to find better! There just isn't anyone. HATE writing reviews, but there isn't anything that I wouldn't do to share my incredibly positive experience with Tom Stafford/Citywide. This guy is the real deal. The absolute most positive thing I can take away from the whole "home buying" experience. Only bummer is I'd have to go through this whole ordeal again in order to work with him! I would in a heartbeat!

I was reffered to Chris through a realtor about 2 1/2 years ago. My wife and I were trying to buy a house and I didnt have the best credit history. Chris worked with me for almost a year to get my credit back in line before we could purchase a house. When the time came for us to finally make a purchase a home Chris was right there and ready to help us. I work 2 full-time public service jobs and my schedule can be pretty crazy. Chris would answer or return my calls no matter what time or what day it was. I spoke to him while he was on vacation, at a soccer game or even late in to the evening. He is very dedicated to what he does and it shows through in how he treats his customers. I have never felt "rushed" or like i was an "inconvenience" when we were talking. Most recently Chris called me at 7pm on a Thursday evening just to let me know he had come across a refininacing option that would save me around 100 dollars a month. It is hard to find someone so dedicated and willing to do what is best for you and your family these days. Chris is a great person and really knows the in's and out's of the home loan market. I would absolutely recommend him to ANYONE that is looking for a home.

I truly believed I would NEVER own my own home for choosing to live off the grid for more than 27 years, and thanks to Art and his Team I have been manually under-written (a rarity in today's America) and closed on my home in February of 2016.
