Jon recently closed a new home purchase for me and my family. He is a true professional. My loan was not easy and Jon had the patience and knowledge to help us through the process. He helped me increase my credit score to secure a better interest rate, and helped us avoid costly mortgage insurance with less than a 20% down payment. He is detailed, communicates in a timely manner, and closed our loan on time as scheduled. It's nice to know there are still people who really like what they do and enjoy helping others. Charity was so helpful and really made our experience with refinancing our home so easy. Charity was so wonderfully helpful when purchasing our home, and then later refinancing. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always right there to answer any questions. Chris has helped us with financing for our principal residence and with the purchase of a property for rental/investment purposes. My husband and I found him to be knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process, and we were both impressed with how easy he made the whole process for us.
