Sean was able to take a process that is typically very stressful and make it very easy. He kept in constant communication with me at all times and was reassuring when needed. He was able to lock me in a great rate as he has access to many different banks. His support staff is top notch as well and were always very responsive to any request or question that I had. I would highly recommend Sean and his team for any of your lending needs. I will certainly use him again in the future.

Greg was always super available and helpful for any questions I had. He was very responsive to emails and calls. This was my first time buying something and I was very lost, so it was nice to have someone so patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone!

I've closed on a few loans in my lifetime and I must say that this was easiest one i have experienced! Mr. Stasny was not only professional but very efficient during the entire process. He sat down with me and discussed the different options that i had and any other questions that i had. He was also very good at returning emails and phone calls. Anthony Ciccati was very helpful in the refi of my home.He had answers to all my questions,answered all my calls within minutes.He was very diligent, gave me options and guided me thru all process to select the best option that fit my needs.He was very organized and time efficient. I can't recommend Justin Skaggs highly enough, we have had two refinances with him and both were fast and very efficient. He is knowledgeable, responds quickly and is always willing to take time to explain things. I also highly value his word- if he says something, that is how it will be. The processors we have worked with at New American Funding have also been very high caliber. Bianca Johnson and Shannon Cervantes were friendly, responsive and efficient. Although refinancing is not my favorite thing, Justin and the team at New American make it a pleasure.

This is the second time I've work with Justin Skaggs from New American Funding and I don't think I could work with anyone else. For anyone out there that is looking to buy or refinance a home call Justin and you'll see what I'm talking about.

I worked with 4 different people before settling with Charity. Here are some of the reasons why I chose her: 1) I'm super impatient...if I'm working on something, I need a response in a reasonable amount of time. Not in 2 or 3 days. She always responded very quickly. 2) She didn't add on a bunch of fees like some of the other lenders. 3) She was willing to explain everything to me as a first time home buyer...even when it really had little to do with the loan.4) She is super friendly and not pushy at all.5) I felt confident that she was going to be able to push our conventional loan through since she was recommended to me by one of my friends who had already closed a purchase loan using Charity. Most lenders wanted us to get an FHA loan but we couldn't find any FHA condos that we liked in our budget.
