I cannot say enough good things about Ethan. His experience in this market really shows! Aside from getting me a higher approval than thought, Ethan was very detailed and helpful throughout my ENTIRE home buying process. I finally moved into my new home, and I love it! My husband and I contacted Ethan to determine what we needed to do to become pre-approved for a home loan. We had both been divorced, resulting in the need to complete a short sale. Ethan was extremely helpful with providing us with the information that we needed. He was quick to respond to our request and took the time to provide us with information regarding down payment and mortgage options. We contacted Ethan initially to find out what we needed to do to be able to qualify for a loan in the future. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we will be eligible for pre-approval in July and did not need to put 20% down! Thank you Ethan for helping us to get back on our feet!

ANTHONY WAS THE GREATEST LOAN OFFICER I HAVE EVER DEALT WTH .HE MADE THE LOAN PROCESS GO VERY SMOOTHLY . HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS PROMPTLY. HE GOT ME THE BEST RATE AND I DIDN'T TO PAY ANY MONEY OUT OF POCKET THIS WAS A VA LOAN REFI I HAD NO IDEA THIS WAS AVAILABLE UNTIL HE CALLED ME AND GAVE ME ALL THE DETAILS

Ethan is the true definition of a professional who exhausted all options towards helping me get my dream house. He was very punctual and most importantly easy to get a hold off. Ethan reassured me that everything will be okay, knowing that I was nervous and constantly of edge with the fear of not finding a house within budget. Our goal was accomplished and I couldn't be happier!
