Easiest Refi ever! Everything was done via email and e-sign.. Our Loan Officer, Phil Martinelli, was very knowledgable and made sure that we understood everything that was taking place. Both Phil and Albert Barajas were very flexible with our different schedules. Every time that I would email Albert with questions or concerns, he was very quick to reply and answer any and all questions. The entire process was fast and simple.. I couldn't have asked for a better Loan Officer than Brian Kimball, he is very honest and upfront about closing costs, interest rates, time frame to close the loan, etc. He was very easy to get in touch with by both phone and e-mail, anytime I had a question or concern.
