We had a great experience with New American Funding. We worked exclusively with Dave Cotner. He was always available to answer our questions and always explained everything step by step through the whole process. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. We have already recommended a couple of friends to Dave and New American Funding.

Ryan handled every aspect of my financing in a professional and expedient manner. When we experienced a couple of "hiccups" Ryan assisted me in finding solutions which kept me calm under what could have been stressful circumstances. I would highly recommend New American Funding if you are considering financing or refinancing your home. They work as a team and there was not any time during my experience that I did not feel supported by Ryan or the entire New American Funding team.

He showed that he valued my business and walked me through several options prior to my decision to work with his team. Justiel Hawkins and Todd Kremer were very helpful throughout the process until I received notice that my loan had funded.

I had an excellent experience with New American Funding. They were very easy to work with and everything was done in a timely manner. Ray Roshan always kept me informed throughout the entire process, and was always easy to get a hold of. His Processor Paola Lewis, got my refinance funded in under 30 days. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company , compared to others that drag you through endless problems.

We just completed our first refinance using American Funding. This will be a short review because it all added up to excellent! I have been through many refinancings and financing of homes and there is always an issue at some point in the process...NOT AT AMERICAN FUNDING. We worked with the Tim Stafford team which included Tim Stafford as Sales Manager, Kortney Maruyama, Senior Processor and MaryWestlake, Loan Officer Assistant. Everyone did their job with complete and open transparency, excellent communication, (nothing fell through the cracks) and constant follow up. I never thought I would say this but all the way to funding of the loan, it was a painless experience. If I could bottle Tim Stafford's procedures and and use it with my other life transactions and business, the stress in my life would be cut in half. I don't usually go this far with recommendations, but in this case it is well deserved and they have a client for life. Thank you!!!
