Usila was very patient and helpful. She explained in detail the procedures and processes involved in buying my first home. She even talked me back into buying a home when I got cold feet and almost backed out. After shopping around for a refinance loan and beginning nervous and anxious about taking out a loan on my home.I contacted Anthony Ciccati, about refinancing my home he was able to explain the process. Which made my decision to choose him so easy. Anthony, was always responsive and knowledgeable when ever I had questions about this whole process. After my inforamtion was turn over to the next phase in the process of my loan and It look like my loan was not going to happen. I contacted Anthony, who was so helpful in walking me through everything. After that, anytime I had questions I would only call Anthony and when ever I emailed/called him, he always got back to me within 5 minutes. Anthony, was very good in following through on information and keeping me in the loop about my refinance. I HIGHLY recommend him. I can't THANK him enough.

Henry is the best loan guru ever!!! Very well informed, great communicator, absolutely looks after his clients, makes the process as simple as it can be, and couldn't be nicer! What else can I say.
