Tom Briggs did an amazing job. My re-fi went so smoothly it was actually a very enjoyable experience. He was very professional. If I called or sent an email his response was almost immediate. He and his team were so efficient. I only began the process of my re-fi next thing I knew I was signing my escrow papers and my loan funded. Amazing!

From day one Kash was very friendly and easy to speak too. I wasn't sure if I really wanted to do a refi but he helped me along with the right decision. If he didnt know the answer to something then he did his research and found out what the answer was. Any text I sent him, he would always respond. He appreciated my ability to proved what was needed in a timely fashion. Always willing to answer any and all questions I had. Even recommended a movie I should watch! I hope to do more business with him in the future!

I would recommend New American Funding to anyone! Especially David Conti (NMLS# 1149070) and Trevor Raleigh!! I initially called in to see about getting my PMI dropped, but David was upfront and said we could do another 30yr refi and get the PMI dropped but that it would not be all that beneficial since I already had a pretty decent interest rate and the PMI would drop in a few more years. He then suggested a 15 year and indicated I would save around 100k in interest and cut the number of years off my current loan by 12. David was very professional and answered my communications very promptly. He was never not honest with me! Out of the previous three mortgages I have closed on, NAF was by far the most streamlined and easiest! I would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I were so lucky to find Kathy Argento as our loan officer through zillow since we had a previous one that didn't work out well,she will be there for you 7 days a week from AM to PM answer all the question you have and guide you all through the end, we are first time homebuyer and took us quite a while to get to the finish line but Kathy was there all the time she won't give up on us kept trying to help us till get to close purchase loan and now we are becoming first time homeowner,Thank you so much Kathy,you are the best.Highly recommend
